Step by Step Guide to Convert below drawing into 3D Model -:

Select the right plane and create create below sketch.
Create the Pad of 40mm and keep it symmetric to plane As shown in below image.
Select the face and create circle of 30mm As shown in below image.

Now create the Pad of 37mm as shown in below image.

Now select the face and create below sketch.

Create the Pad of 12mm As shown in below image.
Now mirror the above feature As shown in below image.
Now create the fillet of 14mm As shown in below image.
Select the face and create the below sketch.
Create the cut As shown in below image.
Create the fillet of 6mm As shown in below image.
Select the face and create circle of 15mm As shown in below image.
Create the hole As shown in below image.
