Step by Step Guide to Model Fixture Block in FreeCAD -:


Select the top plane and create sketch As shown in below image.

Now create Pad of 30 mm As shown in below image.

Now select the mid plane and create below sketch.

Now create the cut As show in below image.

Now on mid plane create Triangular profile As shown in below image.

Now extrude above triangular profile to 7mm As shown in below image. Keep it symmetric to plane.

Now select top face of part and create circle of 15mm As shown in below image.

Now create the hole cut As shown in below image.

Now select the both edge and create chamfer of 9mm As shown in below image.
