Step by Step Guide to Model Bracket in FreeCAD-:


Select Front Plane create below sketch.

Extrude the above sketch to 13 mm as shown in below image.

Give fillet to all 4 corner as shown in below image.

Select the face and create the below sketch.

Extrude the above sketch to 3 mm as shown in below image.

Create the below sketch on slot face.

Create the Cut Through All as Shown in below image.

Select the mid plane and create below sketch.

Extrude the above sketch to 30 mm as shown.

Select the Face and Create the sketch as Shown.

Remove the material for above profile.

Project the cut edge and create below sketch.

Extrude the above profile in two direction as shown in below image.

Now select the face and create the below sketch profile.

Now remove the material and set condition through all as shown in below image.
