Step by Step Guide to Model Control Guide in FreeCAD-:


Select the top plane and create the below sketch.

Now extrude the above 68mm as shown in below image.

Now select the face and create the below sketch.

Now use pocket tool and remove the material.

Now select the face of the other side and create below sketch.

Now remove the material.

Now select the corner and give fillet of 13mm shown in below image.

Now give the fillet of 15mm as shown in below image.

Now give fillet of 6mm as shown in below image.

Now give fillet of 30mm as shown in below image.

Now create sketch hole as shown in below image and create hole.

Now create sketch hole and create hole.

Now next step is to create slot sketch.

Now create slot as shown in below image.

Now create the sketch for cut as shown in below image.

Now create the cut as shown in below image
