Step by Step Guide to Model Rotor Shaft in FreeCAD-:

Select the right plane and create below sketch.
Now Create the Revolve Feature As shown in below image.
Now Select the face and Create the below sketch.
Now Add the material to 3mm As shown in below image.
Now Select the right Plane and create the below sketch.
Now create cut As shown in the below image.
Now select the face and Create below hole sketch.
Now add the material to the 6mm As shown in below image.
Now select the face and create below sketch.
Now create the cut to the distance of 4mm As shown in below image.
Now select the top face and create the below sketch.
Now Create the cut As shown in below image.
Now create the chamfer As shown in below image.
Now create the fillet of 3mm As shown in below image.
Now create the fillet of 1mm As shown in below image.
Now create the fillet of 1mm As shown in below image.
Now create the chamfer of 0.5mm As shown in below image.
