Model Shifter in FreeCAD

Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned Model Stud Guide in FreeCAD. In this tutorial we will do modeling of Model Shifter in FreeCAD with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. Select the front plane and create the below sketch.

Now extrude the profile to 40mm as shown in the below image.

Now create the datum plane at distance of 45 as shown in the below image.

Now create the below profile on datum plane.

Now create the below pad as shown in the below image set end condition up to face.

Now select the profile and create below sketch and set inner diameter to 12.5mm.

Now mirror the profile as shown in the below image.

Now create the datum plane at distance of 12mm as shown in the below image.

Now select the datum plane and create the below sketch.

Now extrude the above profile to distance of 10mm as shown in the below image.

Now create the datum plane at distance of 5mm as shown in the below image.

Now select the datum plane and create the below sketch.

Now create the pad of 13mm as shown in the below image.

Now create the chamfer both the side as shown in the below image.
