Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 96. In this tutorial we will do modeling in FreeCAD with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. Step by Step Guide to Convert below drawing into 3D Model -:
Select the front plane and create the below sketch.
Now extrude the above sketch to distance of 46mm and keep it symmetric to plane as shown in below image.
Now create the fillet of 4mm as shown in below image.
Now create the fillet of 23 mm but keep the value 22.99 so that fillet should not fail as shown in below image.
Now select the face and create the below sketch.
Create the Pad and set end condition up to face as shown in below image.
Now mirror the above feature with respect to YZ plane as shown in below image.
Now create the datum plane at distance of 5 mm in Z direction.
Now create the sketch on datum plane of diameter of 36mm.
Now create the Pad and set end condition up to face as shown in below image.
Now create the sketch as shown in below image.
Now create the hole as shown in below image.
Select the face and create the below sketch for hole.
Now create the hole and set end condition through all as shown in below image.
Now select the top face and create the hole sketch as shown in below image.
Create the cut as shown in below image.
