Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned Model Gear Cover in FreeCAD. In this tutorial we will do modeling in FreeCAD with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. This part modeling tutorial is made with FreeCAD 1.0 version if you have not install it download and Run FreeCAD 1.0 from FreeCAD.org.
As per part orientation select the right plane and create the below sketch.
now extrude the above profile to the distance of 60mm and keep it symmetric to the plane as shown in below image.
Now select the face and create below fillet of 30mm As shown in the below image.
Now project the radius and create the below circle as shown in the below image.
Create the Pad of 10mm as shown in below image.
Now select the face and create the below sketch as shown in the below image.
Now create the Pad as shown in the below image.
Select the mid plane and create the below sketch.
Add the material as shown in below image.
Now select the face and create the below sketch.
Create the Pad as shown in the below image.
Now select the XY plane and create the datum plane at distance of 60mm as shown in below image.
Select the datum plane and create the below profile.
Now create the Pad of 15mm as shown in the below image.
Now create the fillet of 30mm as shown in the below image.
Create the circle of 30mm as shown in the below image.
Remove the material as shown in the below image.
Create the hole sketch as shown in below image.
Create the cut as shown in below image.
