Model Chuck Jaw in FreeCAD

Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned Defeaturing tool in FreeCAD. In this tutorial we will do FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 52 with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. Step by Step Guide to Convert below drawing into 3D Model -:

Select XY plane and create below profile as shown in below image.

Extrude the above profile to distance of 38mm as shown in below image.

Project the arc and create circle of of dia. 60mm as shown.

Create the cut of 16mm as shown in below image.

Select the bottom face and create the below sketch.

Create the Below counter bore hole with shown parameter.

Now Pattern the counter bore hole to 57mm as shown in below image.

Select the top face and create the below profile.

Create the cut of 6mm as shown in below image.

Select the top face and create the below profile.

Create the cut of 3mm as sown in below image.

Mirror the above cut with respect to YZ plane.

Create the Hole sketch as shown in below image.

Create the hole with below parameter as shown.

Mirror the above with respect to YZ plane shown in below image.

Create the below profile on side face.

Create the cut of 16.9 as shown in below image.

Mirror the above cut with respect to YZ plane.
