Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned Making a String Solid in FreeCAD. In this tutorial we will do modeling in FreeCAD with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. Select the Front Plane and Create below Sketch. As Shown in below image.
Create the Extrusion of 96mm and set it symmetric to plane.
Now select Mid plane and create below sketch.
Create the Extrusion of 86mm and set it symmetric to plane.
Select the Bottom face and create below sketch.
Create the Pad of 14mm as shown in below image.
Now mirror the pad on other side as shown in below image.
Select the Front face and create below sketch.
Create the Pad of 3mm as shown in below image.
Now mirror the pad on other side as shown in below image.
Select the front face and create below sketch.
Create the cut as shown in below image.
Create the top face and create below sketch.
Create the Cut of 87mm depth as shown in below image.
Select the top face and create below sketch.
Create the Pad of 14mm as shown in below image.
Now mirror the above pad to other side.
Select the inner face and create below two circle.
Create the Pad of 5mm As shown in below image.
Now mirror the above feature As shown in below image.
Select the front face and create below sketch as shown in image.
Create the Through All Cut as Shown in below image.
Create the Hole Cut as Shown in below image.
Create the Hole as shown in below image.
Polar Pattern as shown in below image.
Create the hole sketch as shown in below image.

Create the Counter bore hole as shown in below image
Now mirror the counterbore hole as shown in below image.
