Hello Friends welcome to FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 31 In this Tutorial I have explained How to Model above part in FreeCAD. This Tutorial is designed for beginner user to understand part design Workbench in FreeCAD and basic modeling approach in FreeCAD.

STEP 01-: Select the front plane and create the profile as shown in below image and fully constrained it with proper dimensioning.
STEP 02-: Now extrude the above profile to the length of 26mm and keep it to symmetric to plane.
STEP 03-: Now select the face as shown in below image and create a rectangle of 25X12 mm and fully constrained it with dimension.
STEP 04-: Now use the pocket tool from part design tool bar and remove the material and keep end condition Through All as shown in below image.
STEP 05-: Now select the outer face and create triangle and fully constrained it.
STEP 06-: Now with the help of Pocket Tool remove the material set end condition Through all.
STEP 07-: Now select Slot option from sketcher toolbar and create a slot and constrained it with shown dimension in the image.
STEP 08-: Now first project outer edge of the arc and create a circle of diameter 10mm
STEP 09-: Remove the material with pocket tool option.
