FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 53

Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have did FreeCAD part modeling tutorial 54 in this tutorial we will do FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 53 with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD.  You can also download my source file of the tutorial at so let’s start our tutorial.

FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 53


on XY plane create rectangle as shown in below image.


Create pad of 18mm as shown.


Select the face and create the below profile.


Now create the pad as shown.


Project the arc and create the circle.


Create the cut as shown.


Now create the profile as shown.


Create the pad as shown in two direction.


Create the profile as shown.


Now create the pad of 18mm as shown.


Now create the fillet of 25mm as shown.


Create the profile shown in the image.


Create the Through All cut.


Create the Hole profile as shown.


Create the hole of 16mm as shown in below image.


Here complete our model.
