Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 124. In this tutorial we will do modeling in FreeCAD with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. This part modeling tutorial is made with FreeCAD 1.0 version if you have not install it download and Run FreeCAD 1.0 from FreeCAD.org.
As per 2D drawing part orientation select the right plane and create the below sketch. As shown in the below image.
Now extrude the above sketch to distance of 40mm as shown in below image and keep it symmetric to the plane.
Now select the face and create the below sketch as shown in below image.
use the pocket tool and remove the material As shown in below image.
Now mirror the above cut with respect to the YZ plane as shown in below image.
Select the edge and give fillet of 6mm as shown in below image.
Select the face and create the below sketch.
Create the Cut as shown in below image.
Select the face and create below circle sketch with projection of arc.
Create the circular pad as shown in below image.
Create the circle sketch of 13.5mm as shown in below image.
Remove the material as shown in below image.
Create the below profile as shown in below image.
Create the Pad of 3mm as shown in below image.
To mirror the above pad we require a plane so create a datum plane at a distance of 7mm as shown in below image.
Mirror the pad with respect to the datum plane as shown in below image.
Select the face and create hole sketch as shown in below image.
Create the hole as shown in below image.
