In this tutorial we will do modeling of Chuck Jaw with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. Select the XZ plane and create the below profile.
Now extrude above profile to 1.75 inch as shown in below image and keep symmetric.
Now select the face and create the below rectangular profile.
Create the cut as shown.
Now select the top face and create the below profile.
Create the cut of 1 inch as shown in the below image.
Set the view to wireframe and create the below profile.
Now create the cut of 0.31 inch as shown in below image.
Now project the external geometry and create the below profile.
Create the cut of 0.31 inch as shown in below image.
Now select the front face and create below sketch.
Remove the material as shown.
Now select the face and create the below profile.
Now remove the material as shown.
Now create hole sketch profile as shown.
Noe create the counter bore hole as shown.
Now select the face and create sketch for hole.
Now create counter bore hole as shown in below image.
