Step by Step Guide to Model Toggle Lever in FreeCAD-:


Select the XZ plane and create the below profile.

Now extrude the profile to distance of 25.58 and keep it to symmetric to plane.

Now select the bottom face and create the below profile.

Now remove the material as shown in below image.

Now select the front face and create the shown profile.

Now remove the material to 6mm as shown in the below image.

Now use the mirror tool and mirror the feature.

Now Select the face and create the circle of dia. 12.75mm

Remove the material as shown.
