Select the top plane and create below profile.
Now create Boss-Extrude of distance of 5mm As shown in below image.
Now select the top face and create a circle of diameter 48 As shown in below image.
Now create the Cut and set end condition through all As shown in below image.
Now again select the top face and create below sketch and Boss-Extrude of 4mm As shown in below image.
Now create the Cut of 2mm depth of below sketch profile As shown in below image.
Now create hole as shown in below image.
Now give the fillet of 1mm as shown in below image.
