Select the top plane and create below sketch profile.
Now create the Pad of 6mm as shown in below image.
Now project the diameter from our first sketch. to do this on the visibility of our first sketch.

Now select the top face and create below sketch profile.
Now remove the material as shown in below image.

Now create the Polar Pattern As shown in below image.
Now select the top face and create the below sketch.
Create the Cut and mirror it on the other side As shown in below image.
Create Give the fillet of 3mm As shown in below image.
Create Give the fillet of 20mm As shown in below image.
