Model Centering Wedge in FreeCAD

Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned FreeCAD user Interface. In this tutorial we will do FreeCAD Part Modeling Tutorial 52 with the help of Part design workbench of FreeCAD. You can also download my source file of the tutorial at https://www.mechnexus.com/mechnexus-youtube-tutorial-source-file/ so let’s start our tutorial.

Also Read-:

First Select XY plane and create the below profile.

Now extrude the above profile by 16mm as shown in the below image.

Now create the datum plane at distance of 21 mm in Z direction at negative side as shown in the below image.

Now select the Datum plane and create the below profile as shown.

Now extrude the above profile to 22mm as shown in the below image.

Now select the Top face and create the below profile.

Now extrude the below profile by 3mm as shown in below image.

Now project the outer edge and create the below profile.

Now remove the material and set it to Through All as shown in below image.

Now select the back face and create the below profile.

Now extrude the above profile by 22mm as shown in below image.

Now give R3 fillet to all edges to our model as shown in below image.
