Step by Step Guide to Model Bracket in FreeCAD-:


Select the front plane and create below sketch.

Now extrude the above sketch to distance of 115.

Now select the face and create below triangular sketch.

Now remove the material and set condition through all.

Now select the side face and create the below triangular sketch.

Now create the cut of 65 mm as shown in the below image.

Now select the side face and create the below sketch.

Now create the cut of 65 mm as shown in the below image.

Now create the triangular sketch as shown in the below image.

Now extrude the above sketch to 45mm.

Now select the face and create hole position and size as shown in the below image.

Create the Hole-Through all as shown in below image.

Create hole profile as shown in below image.

Now create the hole as shown in image.

Now select the bottom face and create the below sketch.

Remove the material for above sketch.
